This application hosts Tyler TOGA in an iFrame that is used to create a Tyler Payment Account.

On a successful TOGA creation of a payment account, this application will call the Tyler WCF API CreateGlobalPayment which, in turn, will call Tyler to create a Global Payment using the TOGA payment account.

Lastly, this application will write a record into the RapidLegal database tables GlobalPaymentAccounts and Tenant_GlobalPaymentAccounts using the Global Payment ID returned from the Tyler WCF API
